IT Support and Implementation Technician

This role would suit a person with good knowledge and experience of ICT equipment as well as a flexible approach to employment. For this role, preference would be given to persons able to demonstrate a high level of ability with Microsoft Client and Server operating systems as well as PC and Server hardware, capable of both installation and fault finding.

The successful applicant would be expected to fit within a busy ICT department where the workload would be very varied and could include the resolution of ICT issues either within the Base office or at client’s sites. Jobs could include client liaison for the purposes of logging of client reported issues, helping to develop services and products at the Harlow based head office as well as ICT issue resolution and equipment installation and configuration tasks based at clients sites.

A full clean UK driving license would be required for this role.
